Ongoing learning and development areas include communications, creativity, critical thinking skills, problem solving and decision-making, service and people management, interpersonal skills, leadership and strategic thinking.

Experience
With extensive business experience, Keelin has worked across a variety of sectors in Ireland, the UK, USA,Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, and the UAE.
Keelin has previously worked as a Management Consultant advising on organisational change, internal processes, and professional development. Prior to that, Keelin worked as a Technical Illustrator and Trainer for Westinghouse Electric, AT&T International, and DEC Holland.
Now she provides consultancy as a corporate trainer, a facilitator, and as a business coach. Whilst in Dubai and Kigali, Keelin set up Meetup group, Collaborative Learning and Development, which offered access to free professional learning events each month, with membership of 200-300 people in each group.
Keelin has also offered service in Rwanda as a leader, a coach, a mentor and a trainer. Her voluntary work included fundraising, assessment of sustainable economic projects, funding development and supporting grass-roots projects within deprived communities. She also taught business management and English language courses.
Keelin was President of Africa International Club (AIC) Rwanda 2017-2018, and continued as a participant of the AIC Rwanda 2019 funding committee.
