Originally from Ireland, she has lived and worked in numerous locations over the past 25 years. More recently, she has been in the United Arab Emirates, and Kigali, Rwanda. During covid times, Keelin was located in Germany providing clients with online coaching. In October 2021, she returned to Kigali to provide professional development services in Rwanda and the UAE.

Keelin designs and delivers experiential learning and development workshops, advises on competency-based interviewing, and is a training facilitator for diverse organizations using up-to-date best practices.

Her workshops cover a range of professional development programmes such as performance effectiveness, communications, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking skills. Ongoing learning and development areas include communications, creativity, critical thinking skills, problem solving and decision-making, service and people management, interpersonal skills, leadership and strategic thinking.

Experience
With extensive business experience, Keelin has worked across a variety of sectors in Ireland, the UK, USA,Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, and the UAE.

Keelin has previously worked as a Management Consultant advising on organisational change, internal processes, and professional development. Prior to that, Keelin worked as a Technical Illustrator and Trainer for Westinghouse Electric, AT&T International, and DEC Holland.

Now she provides consultancy as a corporate trainer, a facilitator, and as a business coach. Whilst in Dubai and Kigali, Keelin set up Meetup group, Collaborative Learning and Development, which offered access to free professional learning events each month, with membership of 200-300 people in each group.

Keelin has also offered service in Rwanda as a leader, a coach, a mentor and a trainer. Her voluntary work included fundraising, assessment of sustainable economic projects, funding development and supporting grass-roots projects within deprived communities. She also taught business management and English language courses.

Keelin was President of Africa International Club (AIC) Rwanda 2017-2018, and continued as a participant of the AIC Rwanda 2019 funding committee.
